Kosteudenhallinta ja haihdutusjäähdytys
Tieteellistä näyttöä terveellisen ilmankosteuden hyödyistä
Vuosien varrella on tehty monia tieteellisiä tutkimuksia, joilla voidaan osoittaa, että alhaisella suhteellisella kosteudella on suoria ja epäsuoria vaikutuksia ihmisten terveyteen ja ilmassa leviäviin infektioihin.
Seuraavassa osiossa esittelemme englanniksi vain pienen osan valtavasta todistusaineistosta, jonka mukaan ihmisten terveyden ja hyvinvoinnin kannalta optimaalinen sisäilman kosteus on 40-60 %RH.
